Connections with Brighton and Hove : Famous skating BBC commentating legend lived in the town for many years before his death in 1996. Lifetime association with Brighton Tigers was president of the club and of Brighton & Hove Entertainment Managers Association. He was honoured by the Sportswriters Association of Great Britain with a Lifetime Acievement Award in 1996. The bus has now been withdrawn.
13 Dennis Dart carried name since February 2002, on METRO Line 7 until April 2004 when bus was sold. In August 2004 Alan Weeks reappeared on Dennis Trident 866.
