Connections with Brighton and Hove : Ex Editor of Daily Express and News of the World, Radio 2 presenter, lived in Hove for many years and wrote for The Argus. The bus has now been withdrawn.

14 Dennis Dart carried name since September 1999 on Metro Line 7, bus repainted red in July 2000 and then in December 2001 name transferred to bus 11 until April 2004 when bus was sold.
